Fully Disaster Tolerant, Geographically Redundant Data Centers
High service availability and scalable communications are core elements of the Jasper Wireless network architecture. Traffic is routed from our partners’ radio access layer, through redundant private circuits to one of the Jasper Wireless data centers. These data centers are fully redundant and hosted in geographically dispersed facilities. Data traffic exits Jasper data centers either through fully redundant ISP circuits to the public internet or through fully redundant VPN tunnels directly to your data centers.
Robust Security Controls
Complete security from end-to-end. Over the air traffic is GSM encrypted, private circuits backhaul transmissions to Jasper Wireless’ data centers, and an optional VPN service provides the final mile of security to your applications. Additionally, each customer is provided dedicated Access Point Names (APNs) to ensure their traffic is never commingled.
24x7x365 Monitoring
All components of the network are constantly monitored. Centralized monitoring alerts notify Jasper Wireless technicians of any anomalies in carrier circuits, ISP connections, network infrastructure components or any other deviations from expected communications performance. Jasper Wireless has also deployed remote cellular probes in each of the network countries to constantly monitor radio access performance.
